Futurity Investment Group is Australia’s leading issuer of education loans and investment products to help families budget for the cost of education. With total assets of over $1.18 billion and a membership base of 75,000 - Futurity Investment Group uses elearning to educate their employees, helping them meet developmental obligations and offer market-leading support to their customers.

Futurity Investment Group engaged Learnt Lately to develop a 30-minute module for employees introducing their Ways of Working concept which underpins Futurity’s ethical framework. The module outlined the ethical principles that describe how Futurity strives to live its values in day-to-day activities. We incorporated knowledge checks to challenge users to think outside the box, exploring what is and isn’t ethical and how the can best conduct themselves.

We’ve since developed a range of other programs for Futurity and we asked Angela Godfrey, Group Executive People and Culture, about her experience:

“We were really impressed with how the team managed the project and met the deliverables. Learnt Lately really understood the content and where able to translate that into the elearning modules. In particular, the modules use clear language and interactivities and employees and contractors have reported that they are easy to understand and follow”.

Angela says, “Learnt Lately is very professional in dealing with stakeholders and delivered the project on time.”

“Learnt Lately more than exceeded my expectations. The project was delivered on time and within budget. I was particularly impressed with how Learnt Lately understood the content as Financial Services regulations are complex.”
