PepsiCo Australia and New Zealand employs more than 1,500 people across three business divisions. Food manufacturing operations across various sites and states means stringent, and site-specific workplace health and safety training requirements for employees and subcontractors. Alongside WHS requirements sits PepsiCo’s pep+ sustainable growth mission which sets PepsiCo’s course towards sustainable, accelerated growth.

PepsiCo engaged Learnt Lately to work with a range of health, safety and sustainability materials to create an induction program to onboard employees and subcontractors and ensure compliance obligations, and sustainability objectives, are met.

PepsiCo has a diverse and dispersed learner group, often undertaking the learning on mobile devices. The content had to be short and to the point, catering to specific learner requirements whilst also showcasing branding and sustainability initiatives.

We asked Heather Amm, ANZ EHS Compliance Manager, about her experience with Learnt Lately.

“It’s just what we asked for. It’s professional and branded correctly - easy to use. Historically, PepsiCo had experienced quality issues with content not behaving correctly so we were looking for a partner that could deliver really high quality content.”

Heather says, “The best feature of the course is the interactivity and conversation scenario which makes it a practical learning module. The colours and branding are on point. Learnt Lately is really easy to work. I look forward to working with them again and recommend them to other functions of the business.”
